Personal Injury-Auto Accidents
- Tom Kruse has been representing injured parties in claims to insurance companies and in lawsuit filed against opposing negligent parties for over 20
years. He has successfully litigated in both arbitration, mediation and trial hundreds of personal injury/automobile accident claims. Settlement without
court litigation is always preferable, but the willingness and ability to litigate a claim in court needs to be a viable alternative.
- A person may have a claim if they were injured as a result of someone else's negligence, whether it was the driver of their vehicle, a close relative or other
parties that they may not normally wish to sue. These claims include, but are not limited to, automobile accident injuries, slip and fall injuries, injuries incurred at their own home or at the homes of friends or neighbors where negligence on someone else's part is the cause of the injury. In any accident where there is a significant injury, where the injury is the direct result of someone else's negligence, and where insurance may be available to cover the cost you may very well have a claim and should consult with an experienced attorney.
Just as most other attorneys, Tom Kruse will accept these personal injury and automobile accident cases on a contingency fee basis. The client may choose to have the attorney fees charged on a contingency fee basis in which the attorney collects a fee that is based on the percentage of the total if he prevails. Clients are typically responsible for all out of pocket costs.
